What we look for? We are looking for an SRE/DevOps Lead to join our team, reporting directly to the Site Reliability Engineering Manager, and playing a key role in ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability of critical front-end and backend systems. to join the project of our client from the banking sector. High english level is required. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a cross-functional team applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to in-house developed front-end applications.
  • Maintain a clear end-to-end view of systems and their dependencies, with autonomy to continuously propose and implement improvements.
  • Improve reliability, monitoring, and observability of services deployed in AWS within a complex distributed environment.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce operational overhead through automation and enhanced observability.
  • Define, implement, and ensure compliance with Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Participate actively in system design, platform management, and service reviews.
  • Be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation (paid additionally).

Mandatory requirements:

  • +7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role in cloud environments.
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead.
  • Strong experience in cloud architecture and adoption patterns (AWS highly preferred Azure or GCP experience is also valued).
  • Excellent understanding of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines, especially using Jenkins.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid background in distributed systems, with proven experience in performance, scalability, and resiliency.
  • Experience with monitoring, ing, and observability tools such as New Relic, Grafana, AppDynamics, Logz.io, or similar.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools like Jira.
  • English at least B2+/C1

Nice to have:

  • Experience in process automation.
  • Knowledge of support and incident management platforms (ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
  • Hands-on experience defining and managing SLI/SLO metrics in critical systems.
  • Ability to develop code in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
