¿Te gustaría entrar en el área de la informática? ¿Tienes buen nivel de alemán e inglés? Si es así, en Econocom Servicios estamos buscando un perfil de soporte y atención al usuario, donde te formaremos en el área TIC para desarrollar las siguientes funciones :

  • Atención al usuario por teléfono, correo y ticketing.
  • Resolución de incidencias básicas (contraseñas, accesos, correo, Office 365, conectividad).
  • Registro y seguimiento de tickets en la herramienta ITSM.
  • Escalado de incidencias más complejas al equipo de N2/N3.
  • Soporte a usuarios internacionales en inglés y alemán.

Los requisitos son

  • No se requiere experiencia previa en IT, pero es necesario base de conocimientos.
  • Nivel B2 o superior de inglés
  • Nivel B2 o superior de alemán
  • Interés por la informática y la atención al usuario
  • Buena comunicación, ganas de aprender y actitud proactiva Las condiciones son:
