Digital Learning Consultant/Coach- AI &Automation Practitioner Level 4

About The Role Digital Learning Consultant- AI &Automation Practitioner Level 4 (Apprenticeship Coach) Permanent Home based What is my purpose in this role? You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme.

What will you be doing? Role A key part of the role is to provide learners with feedback and support on IT Support concepts. It is therefore important that you understand and have knowledge to support on the following:

  • AI Automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Automate, APIs, RPA, production flows, logging and documenting.
  • Understanding of low code automation using GitHub Copilot, Python, Microsoft Power Platforms, APIs, RPA, production flows, logging and documenting
  • Organisational leadership, Ethical AI adoption, Organisational change, Methods to identify enhancements to organisational productivity, Project and change management principles.
  • Legal and regulatory frameworks, Ethical principles and standards in AI, Benefits and risks of AI and automation, Impact of AI and Automation on workplace culture and wellbeing, Security and governance principles, Methods for assuring compliance in AI and Automation.
  • Designing human-centred AI & automation solutions, Sources of error and algorithmic bias, Project development lifecycle, Principles for designing sustainable solutions.
  • Solution viability, Principles of application testing, Principles of human oversight and human / AI collaboration, Principles for evaluating the success and impact of AI and automations solutions, Principles for long term monitoring of solutions.
  • Engagement and training approaches for technical and non-technical users, Methods to develop successful support resources for a range of audiences, Strategies for inclusive communication with a range of stakeholders, Collaborative working principles, Benefits of wellbeing and safe working practices.
