If you find purpose in rallying together to tackle intricate problems, we invite you to join our dynamic FSO team!</p><p>In this role as a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Service Delivery Center, collaborating with high-performing colleagues to deliver technology-driven projects and managed services to our clients.</p><p><b>The Opportunity</b></p><p>As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will drive the delivery and operation of our innovative Web3 Platform, essential for multiple business functions. Your responsibilities will include establishing and upholding DevOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, observability, and secure deployment patterns. You will engage in platform design discussions, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions emphasize scalability, resiliency, and security. In coordination with globally distributed teams, you will offer hands-on troubleshooting, make environment improvements, enhance tooling, and accelerate automation initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional areas—including architecture, risk, and security—you will help ensure compliance and operational excellence for our platform solutions.</p><p><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>Your mission is to support clients in transforming their business challenges through engineering solutions. You will work with engagement teams to analyze business requirements and design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications with a focus on reliability and customer experience. Your contributions will be key in delivering high-quality systems.</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support application development.</li><li>Collaborate with software engineers and system administrators to identify and implement efficient solutions.</li><li>Automate processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.</li><li>Provide technical support to the development team.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and security.</li><li>Define and implement monitoring and alerting systems for timely incident resolution.</li><li>Maintain and enhance security in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Develop and uphold comprehensive system documentation.</li><li>Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities and escalate as appropriate.</li><li>Be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time.</li></ul><p><b>To Qualify for the Role You Must Have:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code Development using DevSecOps principles.</li><li>Proven experience in a DevSecOps or a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.</li><li>Experience with Azure DLT (e.g., Besu, Canton).</li><li>Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure VMs, VNet, Azure AD, Key Vault, Storage, and Functions.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools and secure software development practices.</li><li>Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java).</li><li>Experience with Git-based workflows and DevOps tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Bicep (or CloudFormation for AWS).</li><li>Understanding of Networking, IAM Policies, and cloud-native security controls.</li></ul><p><b>What We Look For</b></p><p>We seek intellectually curious candidates passionate about discovering innovative solutions.
