We’re hiring a Content Creator / Video Editor hybrid who also thrives in a supportive administrative role, working directly alongside ownership and leadership.

This is a creative + detail-driven position where your ability to tell stories through video is just as important as your ability to stay organized and execute.

šŸŽ„ What You’ll Do (Creative)

  • Create daily short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Film real, unscripted moments that showcase our team and culture
  • Produce a mix of:
    • Fun, personality-driven videos
    • Informative, value-driven content (car buying tips, ownership insights)
  • Help develop and execute creative campaigns and promotions
  • Stay ahead of trends and consistently bring fresh ideas

āœ‚ļø Editing + Production

  • Edit high-retention, engaging videos optimized for social media
  • Add captions, music, sound effects, and pacing that keeps attention
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

  • Assist ownership and leadership with scheduling and organization
  • Help manage details, follow-ups, and communication across projects
  • Support events, campaigns, and internal coordination
  • Be a dependable right-hand to help keep operations running smoothly

  • Proven experience creating and editing content for social media
  • Strong understanding of what performs on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Ability to both film and edit independently
  • Portfolio or examples of past work required
