Technical Consultant

Belfast or London hybrid or remote UK<br>The Technical Consultant is responsible for implementing solutions using Intapp Collaboration software and developing and delivering technical training to customers. You'll work in a mix of client-facing consultative roles and behind-the-scenes solution design, configuration, and data analysis. This is an ideal opportunity if you're passionate about technology, skilled in communication, and want to make a real impact for professional services organisations.<br>You'll work as part of a small implementation team in a hybrid or remote role based in Belfast. You'll need strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams administration, combined with a consultative approach to understanding and solving customer challenges within the Microsoft 365 environment. If you have three years or more of experience as a software consultant or technical analyst—particularly in professional services, legal, or financial sectors—we'd like to hear from you.<br>What you will do<br>Work as part of a small team to implement, configure, and deploy Intapp Collaboration within customers' M365 environments, including integrations with their existing line of business applications.<br>Conduct requirements‑gathering and analysis meetings with customers, document business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.<br>Configure software, test functionality, and demonstrate solutions to customers to refine and confirm expected outcomes.<br>Coordinate with customers' IT teams and project managers to deliver user acceptance testing, training, and successful project handover on time and within budget.<br>Develop and deliver technical training materials and sessions to customers to ensure adoption and proficiency with the platform.<br>What You Will Need<br>At least three years' experience in a software consultant, technical analyst, or similar role with demonstrated expertise implementing SharePoint‑based solutions in a client‑facing capacity.<br>Advanced administration skills with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and the M365 admin centre, supported by working knowledge of automation coding (PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar).<br>Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate between customer business requirements and technical solutions.<br>Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to manage multiple concurrent client projects and work effectively both as part of a team and independently.<br>Professional services or legal sector software delivery experience (highly desirable), including understanding of how data integrations support business outcomes.<br>What you will gain at Intapp<br>At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
