Tech Lead — LiveOps Team

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of the LiveOps Monetization platform. You will guide engineers across backend and frontend stacks, make architectural decisions, and ensure our systems scale to the demands of real-time operations.
This role is hands-on with a strong emphasis on leadership, mentoring, and roadmap execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of scalable LiveOps services and dashboards.
  • Provide technical leadership across backend (PHP, Go) and frontend (React/ NextJS).
  • Architect solutions for high-availability, real-time operational tools.
  • Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
  • Work closely with Product and Design to deliver complex LiveOps workflows.
  • Oversee performance, observability, and reliability improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in software engineering, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong backend experience and solid understanding of frontend architecture.
  • Proven experience designing scalable microservices and APIs.
  • Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
  • Experience with distributed systems, performance tuning, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have:

  • NodeJS experience (highly desirable for internal service integrations).
  • Background in gaming, fintech, or high-load platforms.
  • Experience with real-time or data-heavy dashboards.
