We are looking for a ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow FSM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) modules.
- Work on work orders, dispatching, scheduling, task management, and mobile agent configurations.
- Customize workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Support implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide enhancements for existing ServiceNow FSM applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow and Field Service Management (FSM).
- Experience with work orders, dispatch console, scheduling, service appointments, and mobile agent.
