We are seeking a highly experienced
  • *Senior QA Lead**
to define, drive, and oversee end-to-end (E2E) quality strategy across complex, integrated, cross-platform applications. This role goes beyond traditional testing—focusing on
  • *risk prediction, quality governance, and system-wide reliability**
. You will act as the subject matter expert for E2E testing, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms while enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases with confidence.
  • *Key Responsibilities
  • *Strategy & Oversight
  • Define and lead the comprehensive E2E QA strategy, quality standards, and best practices across all platforms and services.
  • Establish scalable QA processes aligned with business and engineering goals.
  • *End-to-End Testing Leadership
  • Design, coordinate, and lead complex E2E testing initiatives across integrated systems.
  • Act as the primary SME for validating full user journeys spanning multiple systems.
  • *Cross-Platform Coordination
  • Drive the design and execution of integrated testing processes validating workflows across web, mobile, APIs, and backend services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete coverage of business-critical scenarios.

  • Ensure environment parity to minimize flaky tests and improve confidence in results.

  • Drive adoption of best practices in test automation and CI/CD integration.
