Senior Project Engineer

The Role This is a key role within the engineering team and will involve working closely with the wider Systems Integration team. The role is suited to an individual with strong AV, construction and technical experience. You will deliver projects to specification, on time, on budget and most importantly, to the client's satisfaction. You will ensure all deliverables are produced in an organized, efficient and timely manner, develop and maintain respectful, collaborative partnerships within the internal project team, and demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Working under pressure and to tight deadlines is an everyday reality, so a calm and organized manner is essential. What You Need To Succeed In This Role At least 6 years of relevant experience in AV, construction or technical project delivery Experience in multiple markets is advantageous – experiential, virtual production, sports, broadcast, corporate, etc. Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills A structured way of working and strong attention to detail The ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and tasks simultaneously To be deadline conscious with the ability to prioritise workload Awareness of the project goals, risks and objectives and how to deliver on them or mitigate them Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate technical requirements/specifications to non‑technical team members, clients, and management Can work effectively in a team but also be self‑driven Enthusiasm for the role and the development of the department Demonstrate initiative and the ability to learn new tools quickly Expert level CAD Salary: GBP 50000 - 70000 per year Experience: 6 years required
