<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>The Enterprise team owns the largest and most recognisable restaurant brands in the country, from local favourites like Rosa’s Thai and Honest Burgers, to national staples like Pret and KFC.</p> <p>The Partner Success & Operations Manager is a critical role to ensure the success and satisfaction of our most important and largest Strategic partners across the UK. Working closely with Account Managers, you will have a strong operational focus, leveraging analytical skills and data-driven insights to enhance partner performance, streamline operational processes, and maintain Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for our strategic partners.This role demands a combination of operational excellence, analytical rigor, relationship management, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving. You will play a vital role in analysing performance metrics, driving continuous improvement, and identifying growth opportunities to build lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Drive improvement in key operational metrics, enhancing the reliability and efficiency of both partner operations and the Uber Eats platform.</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Insights:</strong> Continuously monitor and analyse key partner performance metrics, adoption patterns, and product usage trends to deliver compelling presentations demonstrating value and ROI.</li> <li><strong>Account Reviews:</strong> Conduct structured and regular account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to assess partner performance, share strategic insights, and align on future objectives.</li> <li><strong>Customer Advocacy:</strong> Serve as the primary advocate for customer needs, actively coordinating with internal teams to promptly resolve merchant’s pain points and implement product and service enhancements.</li> <li><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure consistent satisfaction and long-term success.</li> <li><strong>Growth Strategy:</strong> Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, recommending tailored products or services, and actively supporting sales efforts to secure renewals and expand partnerships.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will need</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience in highly analytical commercial role.</li> <li>Client-facing experience at executive levels.</li> <li>Proficient in using SQL to extract insights and analyze data effectively</li> <li>Expertise in operational excellence and analytics, with experience presenting data-driven insights at an executive level.</li> <li>A strong background with data and data analysis, making data-led decisions and using sound business judgement.</li> <li>Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written), capable of articulating complex data insights clearly and effectively.</li> <li>Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude.
