Our client, a leading global e-learning platform, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial in developing engaging, effective, and innovative digital learning experiences for a diverse range of learners and subjects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development process, from needs analysis and learning objectives definition to content creation, assessment design, and implementation within our learning management system (LMS). Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough learning needs analyses and performance gap analyses to identify appropriate learning solutions. Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials for various learning modalities, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training (virtual and in-person), job aids, and performance support tools. Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging and effective learning content. Write clear, concise, and measurable learning objectives.
