In this role, you'll partner with sales leadership to identify, attract, and recruit exceptional Seed Sales Representatives who will help drive our future success. Why Wyffels? What You'll Do Build Talent Pipelines Identify, engage, and recruit top agricultural sales talent through networking, referrals, industry events, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing efforts. Partner with Sales Leaders Work closely with Region Managers and District Sales Managers to understand territory needs, develop recruiting strategies, and support regional growth initiatives. Represent the Wyffels Brand Serve as a brand ambassador within the agricultural community by promoting our culture, values, and opportunities through industry events, meetings, and one-on-one conversations. Drive Hiring Success Lead candidates through the recruiting process, from initial outreach and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding support. Provide Market Insights Monitor talent trends, competitor activity, and market conditions while sharing valuable recruiting insights with leadership.  Qualifications & Total RewardsEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and 3+ years of recruiting or agricultural sales experience preferred; alternatively, 7+ years of relevant experience. Skills & Abilities Strong relationship-building and networking skills Experience sourcing or recruiting talent in agriculture or sales environments Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong business acumen and consultative approach Knowledge Understanding of agricultural sales, relationship-based selling, and the ability to effectively communicate the Wyffels value proposition to prospective candidates. Your Environment This remote-based role requires residency within the western Indiana territory and includes frequent travel throughout the region. Expect a mix of home office work, industry events, grower meetings, networking opportunities, and collaboration with sales leaders.
