Sales Representative (Call Center & Field – Hybrid)

Unified CX Solutions is a growing customer experience, sales, and marketing organization supporting service providers across Canada and the United States. We specialize in customer acquisition, care, and field engagement — driving growth through outsourced sales, support, and field marketing programs.

As we expand our operations, we are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a hybrid environment - combining work-from-home call center responsibilities with field-based customer engagement.

About the Role

This is a hybrid sales position where you will split your time between:

  • Working from home handling inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Working in the field conducting door-to-door customer engagement

You will generate leads in person, follow up with prospects by phone, and support customers through the early stages of the sales process.

Work Structure

  • Remote (work-from-home) for:
  • Inbound customer inquiries
  • Outbound follow-up and existing customer sales calls
  • Field work in:
  • Tillsonburg
  • Ingersoll

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
  • Speak with homeowners and introduce available services
  • Promote products and explain key benefits
  • Generate and submit qualified leads
  • Provide pricing information and general quotations
  • Maintain and track lead activity and performance
  • Follow up with leads through outbound calls
  • Handle inbound inquiries from interested customers
  • Conduct outbound upgrade calls to existing customer

Requirements

  • Must have a reliable work-from-home setup:
  • High-speed internet
  • Quiet, professional environment for calls
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Must be able to travel regularly to Tillsonburg and Ingersoll

Additional Details

  • Training expected to begin early to mid-May
  • Field work rollout mid to late May (weather permitting)
  • Schedule includes a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
