We employ over 40 staff across 2 sites which include dedicated service Centres giving us an excellent local footprint that people can rely on. We have grown over the last 50 years to achieve a turnover of over £50 million pounds per annum – no small feat for a local family run business but demonstrates how effective we are within the sector.<br>Our network includes, MG, Fiat, Abarth and a Used Car Superstore holding more than 200 cars across the group.<br>We are currently recruiting for outgoing Sales Executives with proven experience to join our team at the Silverlink branch. Having a keen eye for detail and a thirst for sales you will be at the forefront of driving the brand name forward and increasing revenue for your site. You will be part of a successful team of established Sales Executives where every day you will thrive on the buzz of achieving your sales targets. We believe in the power of ongoing support and training which will be incorporated into your day to day working.<br>The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:<br>Must have Motor Sales Experience<br>A great work ethic and be a team player<br>Excellent attention to detail<br>First class customer service skills and enthusiastic when dealing with customers<br>Ability to multitask and a self-starter with high energy levels<br>Professional appearance<br>Ability to complete the sale process including management of systems and maintaining compliance throughout<br>A full UK driving license<br>What we will offer you:<br>A comprehensive pay package with scaled basic and uncapped earnings. Actual earnings for the top Sales Executives in excess of £65k per annum which can be proven<br>A 24,000 BASIC with Up to 12% of Retained Profit<br>A company car<br>20 days annual leave + Salary: GBP 24000 - 65000 per year Experience: 1 years required
