Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm<br>The Opportunity<br>An excellent opportunity to join a well-established housebuilder in the Durham area, offering strong earning potential and clear career progression. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering a 5* customer experience while working in a target-driven environment.<br>You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the full home buying journey, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout.<br>The Role<br>Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion<br>Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers<br>Delivering a high standard of customer service at all stages of the journey<br>Negotiating sales and supporting customers through to exchange and completion<br>Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors<br>Maintaining accurate records and completing all required administration<br>Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity<br>Working towards and exceeding sales targets<br>About You<br>Experience within new homes sales or estate agency<br>Strong customer service and communication skills<br>Target-driven with a proven ability to close sales<br>Well-presented, professional, and personable<br>Organised with good attention to detail<br>A team player with a proactive and motivated approach<br>Remuneration and Benefits<br>Basic salary up to £30,000<br>£400 on over-budget plots<br>Quarterly bonus up to £3,000 (£12,000 annually)<br>5% commission on extras (uncapped)<br>Company pension scheme<br>Ongoing training and development<br>For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact:<br>Lucy Wainwright | Associate Director<br><br><br>Ref: 3367<br>We are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity and inclusion.
