Role Overview: As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing transactions, demonstrating expertise from initiation to completion. This position is perfect for a dedicated professional with a robust background in conveyancing, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a comprehensive caseload of conveyancing files, including but not limited to sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Deliver expert legal advice, ensuring a seamless and effective conveyancing process for all clients. Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts through effective communication and professional conduct. Conduct meticulous legal research and ensure all transactions comply with current laws and regulations. Utilize conveyancing software and case management systems efficiently to enhance workflow and client service.
