[Remote] Client Management Associate-West Region

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring a Client Management Associate. This role focuses on providing administrative support in marketing activities, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring marketing teams stay organized and productive.


Responsibilities

  • Answering routine inquiries and supplying marketing information as requested by customers and prospects
  • Gathering, analyzing and presenting information on relevant markets to business development staff and managers
  • Assisting in the creation and distribution of communication vehicles for customers and other prospects
  • Providing administrative support in marketing projects; tracking and preparing reports on marketing and sales data, focusing on key initiative dates and deadlines

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years - Customer service and/or billing experience or other office related experience required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational and research skills
  • Microsoft Office Testing may be required
