Remote Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the financial services and insurance processes for our dealership partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage customer relationships, facilitate vehicle financing, and promote F&I products remotely. As a key driver of revenue growth, you will ensure seamless loan processing, credit analysis, and contract management while delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in dealership operations, negotiation, and financial software will empower you to excel in a fast-paced, remote environment dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

Duties

  • Manage the entire F&I process remotely, including explaining financing options, insurance products, and warranty packages to customers
  • Conduct credit analysis to determine appropriate loan terms and ensure compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
  • Facilitate loan processing by preparing contracts, title processing, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Upsell additional F&I products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and maintenance plans to maximize dealership profitability
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and personalized service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with dealership staff to streamline deal flow, improve sales techniques, and optimize the customer experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments with a focus on finance and insurance roles
  • Strong background in customer relationship management, sales techniques, and upselling strategies
  • Knowledge of loan officer procedures, credit analysis, TILA regulations, and contract negotiations
  • Familiarity with financial software systems used for loan processing and title management
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with basic math proficiency for calculating payments and interest rates
  • Experience in customer service within the automotive or financial services industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to handle loan processing tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail under remote working conditions
