Registered Nurse (RN) (psychotherapy via telehealth services)

We are seeking for a Registered Intern and Licensed Therapist to conduct psychotherapy via telehealth services for our outpatient department. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will conduct trainings, psychiatric and physical health assessments, administer medications, and provide supportive care to clients in a behavioral health setting.

You will collaborate with an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and physical health assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
  • conduct psychotherapy via telehealth services for our outpatient department
  • Administer and monitor medications as prescribed by psychiatrists or APRNs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and on-call support as needed.
  • Offer education and support to clients and families regarding symptom management, medication adherence, and overall wellness.
  • Coordinate with pharmacies to help clients obtain prescribed medications and maintain treatment continuity.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all nursing services in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and treatment planning sessions.
  • Support clients in achieving daily living, vocational, and community reintegration goals.
  • Engage in professional growth and development through continuing education, seminars, and professional resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the APRN or supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Previous psychiatric, behavioral health, or community mental health experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
