Our client is looking for a Psychiatric Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical patient support and treatment monitoring. - Patient Triage: Monitor and manage clinical patient inquiries through the Kustomer inboxes, triaging questions related to medication side effects, dosing concerns, treatment progress, and symptom changes.
- Clinical Assessment Support: Administer and interpret standardized psychiatric assessments including PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, AUDIT, DAST, and C-SSRS to track patient progress and flag clinical concerns.
- Medication Management Support: Provide informed guidance to patients on medication-related questions within your scope of practice, including expected side effects, titration schedules, and treatment timelines.
- Treatment Plan Monitoring: Track patient adherence to treatment plans, identify patients who may be falling behind or experiencing complications, and escalate to providers as needed.
