Our team is responsible for collaborations & culture marketing within BMW Marketing Communications. We plan and implement international partnerships with brands, platforms, and talents in the areas of lifestyle, entertainment, and arts & culture, and support the sustainable brand positioning and product portfolio of BMW among customers and opinion leaders.

What can you expect? You will support the communicative activation of strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, and talents in the areas of lifestyle, entertainment, and arts & culture. You will also assist in the research and tracking of communicative measures such as trend scouting, event KPIs, and media reach. Furthermore, you will contribute to the visual and content design of internal and external cooperation media such as presentations, films, and invitations. In addition, you will support the creation and preparation of strategy and concept documents. You will also coordinate administrative activities with internal and external partners such as vehicle management, ticket overviews, and agenda management.

What do you bring? Study in international marketing, communication science, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on brand management, digital communication, or events. First practical experience in the field of marketing, events, or agencies. Experience in dealing with luxury and premium brands. Affinity for design, art, brand or talent cooperations, and entertainment formats such as film and music. Above-average interest in brands, cultural marketing, and zeitgeist topics. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Adobe Photoshop. Good German and English skills.
