Our team of fundraisers have raised $396m since launching the campaign 5 years ago, which includes some of the largest-ever donations in our city’s history.</p><p><strong>In this position, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, coordinate and send routine donor correspondence, such as pledge reminders, thank you letters, etc. in a timely fashion.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to several of our major gift fundraisers (scheduling, room bookings, coordinating signatures etc.).</li><li>Ensure accurately and timely updates to Raiser’s Edge (CRM database). </li><li>Rotate in-person reception coverage of our front-facing General Campus (501 Smyth Road), and/or Irving Greenberg Family Cancer Centre (3045 Baseline Road) offices.</li><li>Facilitate relationship-building with donors and the general public.</li><li>Support on-site events and donor meetings </li><li>Contribute to and participate in regular in-person and virtual meetings with peers and donors</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, skills, abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deliverables. </li><li>Superior attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. </li><li>Ability to streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions, particularly through the innovative use of technology. </li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills.</li><li>Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
