The Role As an Attractions Crew Member (Show), you will bring to life in-world experiences through various roles, including scripted in-character roles, ad-hoc Fan interactions, technical operational positions, and show-related operational positions. The Attractions Crew Member is critical to the success of the experience through their dedication to show excellence and to ensure a best-in-class experience. In addition to bringing our Netflix worlds to life, all Attractions Crew Members provide general information, scan tickets, manage guest flow and more. Description: This character can be any gender, any race/ethnicity, age 18- early 20s (teenager like persona), 5’3” or taller, and wears size small to XL. Character is lost and worried. They discover a large group of guests and must move them out of the Bunker and hold their attention while pulsing them forward into the Creel House. As part of the hiring process, candidates may be asked to submit a short video of themselves delivering a provided prompt. This role is an on-site part-time hourly role based in Dallas, TX. What you will do: * Work in a specific role for an in-world Attractions experience, including scripted in-character roles, positions requiring extensive ad-hoc Fan interactions, technical operational positions, and other show-related operational roles. * Provide best-in-class service to our Fans while adhering to specific IP needs and in-world environments. * Act as a Netflix Ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows. * Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures. * Foster a culture of safety in all actions. * Perform other duties as assigned. What we need from you: * Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment. * Demonstrated experience in high-volume immersive experiences, theatrical productions, or show-based attractions. * Knowledge of creative excellence and the show quality process. * Commitment to show consistency and quality including following scripts and timing marks. * Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows. * Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is a plus. * Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate. * Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols. * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day operation. Physical Requirements: * Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time. * Ability to work in very dark/ low light environment. * Must be comfortable wearing a wig. * Must be capable of speaking audibly in a fearful, hushed cadence. * Very nervous, fast talker, with some screaming required.
