Our global team is responsible for bringing digital capabilities to Caterpillar ’ s world-famous yellow iron. Working with your yellow partners and Cat Dealers, we execute key components of digital and marketing portfolios, including global marketing & brand, enterprise data, analytics and AI, equipment management, eCommerce, digital marketing, rental & used digital solutions, and aftermarket leads & insights.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in helping business partners turn web data into meaningful insights.
  • Support the adoption of Google Analytics by creating documentation, playbooks, and communication resources.
  • Enable teams to connect digital behavior data with broader Caterpillar datasets for deeper analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g., vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers).
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing /Digital Analytics, Business Analytics or related degree (selected candidates must complete their degree by their start date)
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience related to this field (internships or academic projects are a plus)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/4.0 (no rounding)
  • Experience using SQL to analyze data in BigQuery or Snowflake, turning complex datasets into actionable marketing insights and supporting campaign reporting using Google Analytics data
