Description:

Turn strategy into revenue. Build systems that scale. Shape how we grow.

We’re looking for our first Revenue Marketing hire—someone who’s excited to own the engine behind our growth. This role is for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who loves connecting the dots between inbound, lifecycle, and sales to drive real pipeline and revenue impact.

If you thrive at the intersection of marketing, systems, and sales alignment, this is your chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Why this role matters

Our strategy is strong—now we need the right partner to bring it to life. As Marketing Manager, Growth & Operations, you’ll own funnel performance end-to-end and create repeatable, scalable programs that fuel new business, expand existing accounts, and make marketing performance visible across the organization.

What you'll do

Own funnel performance

  • Manage lead flow from capture through sales handoff, improving MQL to SQL to pipeline conversion
  • Optimize forms, landing pages, routing, and speed-to-lead in partnership with agencies
  • Use data and sales feedback to identify and fix funnel drop-offs

Build and Execute Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own lifecycle journeys from first touch through repeat purchase
  • Create triggers for quote follow-up, re-engagement, and customer retention
  • Tie lifecycle performance directly to pipeline and revenue results

Partner Closely with Sales

  • Support ABM and national account programs with scalable, repeatable plays
  • Coordinate marketing and sales touches across the buyer journey
  • Establish strong feedback loops with field and account teams

Drive Customer Growth

  • Build segmentation based on purchase behavior and customer signals
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through trigger-based programs
  • Enable sales with insights, timing, and simple programs they’ll actually use

Run Marketing Operations

  • Execute confidently in CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Build dashboards that show funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign impact
  • Continuously improve data quality, visibility, and reporting
Requirements:
  • 4–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, revenue marketing, or marketing operations
  • Proven experience owning funnel performance, lifecycle programs, or automation
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
  • Strong B2B background, partnering closely with sales teams
  • Bonus: Experience with ABM, customer expansion, or account-based growth strategies

Why you'll love this role

  • Be the first revenue marketing hire—with real ownership and impact
  • Build systems and programs that scale with the business
  • Work closely with sales, leadership, and external partners
  • See a clear connection between your work and revenue outcomes
