From Small and Medium Enterprises through to Mid‑Market, Wholesale and Hospitality, we deliver market‑leading broadband, voice and TV services across the UK B2B landscape.<br><br>This role sits within our Commercial & Marketing function and plays a key part in driving new customer acquisition and sales growth across TV, Broadband and Mobile for the small‑to‑medium business segment.<br><br>The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and eCommerce (SMB) and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful, performance‑driven campaigns.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support strategic quarterly planning & build forecasts of demand for marketing plans </li><li>Define how we invest our marketing budget to drive sales at an efficient CPA. Partner with our media agency to develop new approaches to improve cost efficiencies, driving growth & innovation </li><li>Own the post campaign analysis process to ensure the ongoing improvement in campaign efficiency   </li><li>Build internal partnerships with key support functions (e.g. Brand, Marketing Operations teams, pricing and sales) to ensure alignment on strategy & successful delivery of campaigns </li><li>Support in weekly trading meeting preparation and evaluation of performance vs. plans   </li><li>Strong creative eye to ensure our campaigns stand out & cut through when managing our creative briefs <br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Demonstrable experience operating at a Senior level, managing campaigns & trading performance within the telco sector </li><li>Experience of recent team & people management  </li><li>The ability to think on your feet and be comfortable making decisions based on marketing and market experience in UK B2B telecoms  </li><li>An innovative but pragmatic thinker that will think creatively and drive continuous improvement to deliver the best commercial outcomes for the business  </li><li>Strong numeracy and commercial literacy.
