Provides strategic and tactical advice and develops learning solutions on learning technology systems including learning management systems (LMS) and cloud-based technologies to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. You Have:

  • Experience with supporting end-to-end system implementations , including requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of learning management systems (LMS) or cloud-based platforms
  • Experience with resolving complex system issues, troubleshooting technical challenges, performing root cause analyses, and delivering effective long-term solutions to ensure platform reliability and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of enterprise learning management systems (LMS) or cloud-based technologies and their customization to address unique user needs and compliance constraints in federal or large-scale enterprise environment
  • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions to engage stakeholders, uncover system needs, and translate requirements into actionable solutions
  • Ability to present system concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring a shared understanding and alignment with customer goals
  • Ability to deliver polished, client-facing products, including solution documentation, testing results, user guides, and recommendations aligned with stakeholder objectives
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and implementation of enterprise systems or learning management platforms or 9+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and implementation of enterprise systems or learning management platforms may be accepted in lieu of degree

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate scalable and sustainable solution configurations that enhance system performance and user adoption
  • Experience in conducting testing and research of less familiar system capabilities and support proactive solution development
  • Knowledge of talent management frameworks and processes such as learning, competency modeling, and succession planning within the federal or public sector context
  • Knowledge of facilitation and communication best practices to engage clients across multiple channels including email, meetings, slide presentations, and written documentation
  • Ability to proactively prepare for client engagements by organizing relevant materials, identifying key discussion questions, and surfacing possible recommendations
  • Enterprise platforms Certification such as Cornerstone OnDemand Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
