Lead Retail Indirect Sales

Overall, Purpose: Responsible for Authorized Retail sales productivity across 20+ doors with day-to-day interactions from the Authorized Retail stores up through their Sales VPs, including Principals for the Local Authorized Retailers. Will develop and attain AT&T sales objectives by partnering with authorized retail district management for a geographic area. Achieves sales objectives by innovating and creating outside growth strategies around our AT&T products and services. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Exceed targeted attainment, drive year-over-year store-level growth and grow door productivity to AT&T Retail performance Drive sales results, establish target interlock for geographic area; share best practices with the Authorized Retail district manager and above Implements strategic and tactical programs to grow AT&T's business inside and outside the retail walls. Effectively partner with Authorized Retail management to maximize efforts around the door swings both ways. Responsible for driving FirstNet, BAT, and Win Local activities within the district Notes on the effectiveness of strategic plans for sales growth, reviews, and recommendations Works in partnership with the Authorized Retailer to improve customer experience Inspect district and retail location(s) plans as to how they will grow their business outside the walls of retail. Reviews the effectiveness of the execution of all strategic plans and makes recommendations to the District Manager or above Develops and shares sales with the best practices, tools, programs, and organizational support needed to ensure productive relationships and sales growth. Collaborates with ATTR leadership regarding “out of the store” sales activity and partners with their Authorized Retailer to determine activities to use in their district Delivers accurate forecasts, achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, and conducts weekly and monthly alignment meetings with District Managers Analyzes business reports to identify trends and adjusts strategic and tactical programs as needed; reports findings to district and store management Assures optimization of available resources to meet and/or exceed sales objectives Works in partnership with cross-functional organizations to develop sales effectiveness. Assists with preparation for Ops Reviews and is involved with creating an action plan based upon the results of the Ops Review Ensures training objectives and quarterly training for the district and the retail location(s) meet and exceed expectations. Inspecting that the training knowledge was retained Education: Typically, a bachelor’s degree Experience: 1 to 5 years’ retail, customer-facing, sales experience, 2 years sales management experience preferred. Supervisory: No Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 8+ years of related sales experience. Our Lead Retail Indirect Sales Managers earn between $89,600 - $134,000 in annual salary, plus $34,000 in commissions yearly, if all sales goals are met.
