This position can be full-time or part-time. Telework supported.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The Junior Recruiter is responsible for all facets of SOFIE’s recruiting and staffing policies and processes.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Source, develop, and build relationships with hiring managers, referral sources, colleges/universities, technical schools, and other referral sources.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Ensure unsuccessful candidates are notified of their non-selection.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Prepare and submit weekly summaries of recruiting efforts to Hiring Managers and VP of HR.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Develop and execute candidate search strategies for hard-to-fill roles.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job postings.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Manage and maintain relationships with educational institutions and student organizations for outreach initiatives.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance visibility and engagement with student communities.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including onboarding and employee relations, as needed.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Work closely with the HR team to identify issues affecting recruitment and implement activities to continuously improve the process.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Implement systems to track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and retention rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Perform other duties as assigned.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Qualifications</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource Recruiting required.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Excellent computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and recruiting platforms.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment required.</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Absolute discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information and the ability to exercise good judgment.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
