About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their administrative career in a supportive and stable environment. You will play a key role in keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Manage social media accounts - content can be created personally or by the team
  • Filling out and submitting permits and applications.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Some experience in a leadership position with juniors.
  • References available.
  • 1-3 years experience.
