Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Home Internet Modem Installation Technician (Fresher can apply, training will be provided) to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in fiber splicing, network installation, and telecommunication systems. No prior experience is necessary—training will be provided to help you succeed in this hands-on technical position.

Duties

  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of internet modems and related network equipment at customer sites.
  • Support fiber splicing and cabling activities to ensure high-quality connectivity.
  • Use hand tools and testing devices such as ohmmeters to verify electrical connections and signal integrity.
  • Follow safety protocols related to low voltage electrical work and telecommunication standards.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians on network installation projects involving Ethernet, telephony, and Cisco routers.
  • Conduct field service visits for modem setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service reports for quality assurance.
Skills
  • Basic understanding of computer networking concepts including Ethernet, telephony, and low voltage wiring.
  • Mechanical knowledge for handling cabling, connectors, and hand tools effectively.
  • Familiarity with telecommunication infrastructure such as fiber splicing and network cabling.
