Job Summary Hulu is seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our customer service team as Remote Voice Support Agents. In this role, you will serve as the frontline of Hulus customer experience—providing exceptional voice-based support to subscribers across the U.S. Whether it is helping users troubleshoot streaming issues, updating account information, or resolving billing queries, your ability to provide clear, empathetic, and effective communication will directly impact user satisfaction.
