<h2><strong>Overview</strong></h2> <p>We're looking for a hands-on, high-agency operator to own and optimize the systems that power our revenue engine.</p> <p>This role is not advisory. It's not fractional leadership. It's not strategy-only.</p> <p>You will be the primary owner of HubSpot and our go-to-market systems - building workflows, ensuring data integrity, improving lifecycle instrumentation, and giving leadership reliable, self-serve visibility into funnel health.</p> <p>HubSpot is our core CRM and marketing automation platform. Intercom powers customer support, AI-assisted resolution, and trial engagement. You'll ensure both systems are clean, connected, and working together seamlessly.</p> <p>If you love building clean workflows, architecting reports that executives actually use, and finding smart automation (including AI-powered) to make teams faster - this role is for you.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Own</strong></h2> <h3><strong>HubSpot Administration (Primary Responsibility)</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as the day-to-day HubSpot owner</li> <li>Manage workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, automation, and data hygiene</li> <li>Improve CRM structure and eliminate technical debt</li> <li>Ensure clean contact and company data across marketing and sales</li> <li>Act as the go-to resource for HubSpot best practices</li> </ul> <p>You should be extremely comfortable inside HubSpot and capable of working independently.</p> <h3><strong>Intercom & Lifecycle Automation</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own Intercom configuration (workflows, custom bots, outbound trial messaging)</li> <li>Optimize AI-powered support features (Fin, resolution workflows)</li> <li>Ensure data sync and lifecycle consistency between HubSpot and Intercom</li> <li>Improve trial-to-paid engagement flows</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Reporting & Funnel Visibility</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and maintain dashboards that leadership trusts</li> <li>Connect data across HubSpot, Intercom, Google Analytics, and other tools</li> <li>Instrument full funnel tracking from first touch → trial → paid → retention</li> <li>Identify reporting gaps and fix them</li> </ul> <p>You should take pride in building clean, intuitive dashboards.</p> <h3><strong>Marketing Attribution & Instrumentation</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end attribution tracking</li> <li>Ensure web analytics connect properly to CRM and messaging data</li> <li>Improve measurement of acquisition channels and lifecycle conversion points</li> <li>Create visibility into funnel bottlenecks and friction</li> </ul> <h3><strong>AI & Automation</strong></h3> <p>We value operators who actively use AI to move faster.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Optimize Intercom AI workflows (FinAI Agent, bots, support deflection)</li> <li>Implement at least 2–3 automation improvements within your first 90 days</li> <li>Use AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, lead scoring, and internal workflows</li> <li>Identify opportunities where AI can accelerate our GTM motion</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Audit and document current HubSpot + Intercom setup</li> <li>Clean-up major workflow and lifecycle inconsistencies</li> <li>Deliver improved funnel dashboard for leadership</li> <li>Map full trial-to-paid journey with clear instrumentation</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Required</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3–6 years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Growth Ops at a SaaS company</li> <li>Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience (admin-level)</li> <li>Experience building dashboards and reporting across multiple systems</li> <li>Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote environment</li> <li>Strong written communicator</li> <li>High accountability - you show up when you say you will</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Strongly Preferred</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Product-led growth (PLG) SaaS experience</li> <li>Experience with Intercom workflows and AI-powered features</li> <li>Experience supporting trial-to-paid reporting</li> <li>Familiarity with web analytics (GA, Fathom)</li> <li>Experience using AI tools to improve your workflows</li> </ul> <h2><strong>How We Work</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Fully remote</li> <li>Async-friendly, but requires defined overlap window during business hours</li> <li>Clear expectations around responsiveness</li> <li>High ownership and autonomy</li> <li>Direct visibility with VP of Growth and leadership team</li> </ul> <p>We're looking for someone who treats this role like ownership - not just a set of tasks.</p> <h2><strong>Position Details</strong></h2> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (US)</p> <p><strong>Type:</strong> Part-time Contract (20-25 hours/week with defined overlap hours with Eastern Time Zone)</p> <p><strong>Reports to:</strong> VP of Growth</p>
