Graphic Designer

At ShampooHotel, every detail is part of the experience. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to lead the visual world of the brand — from shelf to screen to shower.

This role goes beyond execution. You will be responsible for translating our destination-inspired identity into a cohesive, elevated visual language across all touchpoints. From packaging to campaigns to retail moments, you ensure every asset feels like a five-star check-in.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Own the Visual Experience

  • Bring the ShampooHotel brand to life across all channels with a consistent, elevated aesthetic
  • Maintain and evolve our visual identity across digital, retail, and product
  • Partner closely with marketing, product development, and leadership to ensure alignment

Packaging & New Launches

  • Lead design for new product launches and packaging updates
  • Translate product concepts into polished, shelf-ready designs
  • Support innovation pipeline with creative concepts, mock-ups, and refinements

Campaigns & Promotional Moments

  • Design assets for campaigns, social, and paid media
  • Create retail and promotional materials for partners (Ulta, Amazon, and beyond)
  • Support in-store moments with signage, displays, and merchandising visuals

Digital & E-Commerce

  • Design website assets including banners, landing pages, and product storytelling moments
  • Support ongoing digital updates to ensure a seamless and elevated online experience

Education & Brand Support

  • Support training materials, sell-in decks, and educational tools
  • Support field teams and retail partners with clear, on-brand assets

Qualifications

  • Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or related concentration.
  • 3+ years of experience, specifically in graphic design.
  • Strong pulse on current design, social, and cultural trends — with a clear understanding of what resonates with Gen Z and Millennials, and how to translate that into elevated, on-brand creative.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Microsoft365 experience is an asset (PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in all areas of visual design with exceptional skills in font usage, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of managing deadlines and work independently, as well as collaborate with multiple team
  • Creative thinker who can zoom out and strategize — and zoom in to polish.
  • Calm, proactive, and solutions driven.
  • Curious about AI tools that help you work faster and smarter.
