Job Title Global Key Account Project Manager, West Job Description Summary The Global Account Project Manager is the operational engine of the account team. You are responsible for the daily execution of the account plan, ensuring global alignment and solving communication gaps between the Americas, Sweden (Lund), and other head regions. You support the Global Account Manager in aligning regional KAM-ECs and their respective operational teams, ensuring that global projects are executed with precision. Ideal candidate should reside in one of the following states: WA OR CA AZ NV in our West Business area, within reasonable driving distance of a major airport. Responsibilities Supply Chain & Operations: Manage forecasting data in close partnership with the Global Account Manager, track High Volume Orders (HVO), Wanted Deliver Dates, and coordinate with Operations to ensure Axis can resolve delivery challenges and product transitions. Lifecycle Management: Own the customer’s Approved Model List (AML), monitor product lifecycles (EOL/EOS) and cybersecurity updates (CVEs) to proactively plan for refreshes. FSE & Technical Liaison: Act as the primary operational bridge to the Field Sales Engineering (FSE) and Global Sales Engineering (GSE) teams. Coordinate technical requests and consolidate requirements for R&D. Project Execution: Manage global loaner equipment budgets, check bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy, and drive communications with partners and distributors. Headquarters Liaison: Serve as the central link to Lund for compliance documentation and country-specific certifications. Cross-Regional Knowledge Sharing: Ensure technical solutions or project wins in one region are shared and documented for the benefit of the entire global account team. Operational Flexibility: Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as directed by management to support evolving business needs. Quota Achievement: Support revenue growth objectives through effective project execution and partner alignment. Essential Skills Structured and delivery-oriented, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time, within scope, and aligned with market opportunities. Ability to lead engaging project briefings, capture requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication across all project phases. High integrity and a strong sense of urgency with no fear of handling conflicts with customers or within the team, always representing Axis as the employer towards the team. Flexible, ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, to include monthly reporting and sales analysis. Demonstrate competency in the following areas: Business, People, and Job Education and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in project management or sales operations within the technology/security industry. Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational logistics. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems.
