The Front Desk Administrator will welcome clients, assist with scheduling and checking in appointments, handle administrative tasks such as managing phone calls and emails, and ensure smooth daily operations. The role also involves supporting the team with document preparation, maintaining records, and performing general office duties to provide an exceptional client experience.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service to professionally greet clients and answer inquiries</li><li>Clear and effective Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members</li><li>Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry</li><li>Ability to use office equipment, including experience with handling Fax operations</li><li>Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage workflows efficiently</li><li>Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software) is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare or fitness industry practices is advantageous</li></ul>
