They are seeking a part-time Front Desk Administrator to welcome clients, assist with scheduling and checking in appointments, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and assist with scheduling and checking in appointments
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing phone calls and emails
  • Ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support the team with document preparation
  • Maintain records and perform general office duties to provide an exceptional client experience

Skills

  • Strong skills in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service to professionally greet clients and answer inquiries
  • Clear and effective Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
  • Ability to use office equipment, including experience with handling Fax operations
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage workflows efficiently
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software) is a plus
