We’re seeking an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) who is clinically skilled, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide advanced chairside support including:
  • Composites, esthetic temporaries, crown seats, occlusal adjustments
  • Denture delivery and clear aligner appointments
  • Assist with CEREC and digital dentistry workflows:
  • Scanning, design support, polishing, and glaze
  • Support same-day crown procedures from start to finish
  • Manage lab cases and case flow:
  • Track incoming/outgoing cases
  • Upload scans and prescriptions
  • Communicate proactively with labs
  • Maintain strong schedule awareness and team support:
  • Anticipate doctor needs
  • Step in to assist hygienists and team members as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • EDDA Certification (Required)
  • Hands-on experience with restorative procedures (composites, temps, crown seats)
  • Comfortable with digital dentistry (CEREC, scanning, modern workflows)
  • Strong understanding of dental materials, procedures, and lab coordination
  • Proactive communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Team-first mindset—you step in where needed without being asked
  • Current CPR/BLS, OSHA, and HIPAA certifications

Compensation & Benefits
  • $28–$34/hour based on experience
  • BAM profit-sharing program (up to $10/hr additional earning potential)
