WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
This is face-to-face professional work where effort creates opportunity. You’ll:

  • Engage with homeowners to identify service needs and solutions
  • Educate customers on eco-friendly pest and mosquito programs
  • Close new accounts and build recurring revenue relationships
  • Train daily with mentors who want you to win

Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

  • First Summer: $35,000 – $60,000 (performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission)
  • Experienced Reps: $80,000 – $120,000+ annually
  • Sales Leaders & Partners: $150,000 – $250,000+ annually
