Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Academic Services Officer, primary responsibilities will include:

Ontario Student Records Management

  • Create, update, and archive Ontario Student Records in compliance with Ministry of Education guidelines.
  • Monitor the accuracy and completeness of each OSR, including report cards, transcripts, and other mandatory documents.
  • File student documents and ensure secure, confidential storage.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all student and staff information.
Administrative Tasks
  • Processing graduation documents
  • Mailing and tracking documents
  • General administration duties
Under the direction of the Guidance and Careers Counsellor, responsibilities will include:
  • Guidance Department Updates
  • Update university admissions documents in the Guidance documents repository
  • Aiding in updating the Guidance Department on the school’s Learning Management System
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience within an Ontario high school setting.
  • Strong data entry skills, proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent attention-to-detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Capacity to handle a variety of tasks
  • Strong initiative and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and judgment when handling confidential information
Work Hours: 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) - employee must work from the Toronto Office from Tuesday-Thursday; employee can work from home on Monday.
