eCommerce / Order Processing Associate

We are a Tempe-based Safety & Promotional Marketing Company located just west of Downtown Tempe and ASU! We are an exciting, fast-paced company, and we are expanding fast!


As a large manufacturer and decorator of promotional and safety products, we have an immediate need for an eCommerce Order Processing Associate to join our office team. With a high volume of orders per day, a successful candidate will have a strong grasp on high-level order processing, attention to detail, and a customer-first mentality to ensure accurate and timely order processing while maintaining a consistent schedule with a can-do attitude.

This position is a fast-paced, business-learning type job opportunity with a flexible, professional, and laid-back environment—along with added business/marketing education in one.

Our candidate of choice will be able to balance the following skills to be successful:
  • Processing all online orders from our eCommerce and CRM / ERP platforms
  • Complete ownership of the order life-cycle from creation to shipping and billing
  • Following up with shipping team on pending orders
  • Following up with production team on pending orders
  • Interacting with our eCommerce platform (i.e. order review, order processing)
  • Purchase order creation / management, tracking, and backorder management
  • Maintain and track customer orders
  • Customer service when needed – for customers who follow up via email and phone calls, or placing manual orders for customers
Other opportunities for growth include:
  • Billing and invoicing processing
  • Large / Corporate order processing
  • Sales team integration
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Web application or eCommerce experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Oral communication skills
  • Written communication skills (mainly for writing professional emails)

  • This is a STARTING position with a STARTING salary. There’s room to grow here based on performance.
