As a Digital Workspace Analyst, you will manage endpoint environments including OS and applications using Intune, Autopilot, and Tanium. Your expertise will drive improvements in monitoring, managing, and securing systems that support our mission to provide high-performance drilling solutions. This role also involves significant teamwork across various technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and standardize endpoint environments using Intune and Autopilot
  • Analyze and improve hardware and software standards continuously
  • Resolve complex endpoint hardware and OS issues with Tier 2 and 3 support
