We're scaling quickly and these are ground-floor hires that will shape how the agency operates.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who brings real depth in PPC. You'll work across the full client portfolio day-to-day - contributing to SEO, content and broader digital marketing where needed - but paid search is your specialism and where you'll have the most impact.</p><p>You'll own paid search across a growing portfolio of client accounts end to end, from strategy and campaign build through to ongoing optimisation, reporting and client communication. You don't need to be a finished article, but you do need solid hands-on experience, good commercial judgment and a genuine appetite to keep developing.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>PPC - primary channel ownership</li><li>Own paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for a portfolio of clients</li><li>Build, manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max</li><li>Conduct thorough keyword research, write compelling ad copy and continuously test and iterate</li><li>Set up and maintain conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and GA4 integrations</li><li>Manage client budgets responsibly and communicate clearly on performance against targets</li><li>Deliver clear, insight-led monthly performance reports and client calls</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Broader digital marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to delivery across client accounts alongside the wider team</li><li>Support content planning, briefing and execution where required</li><li>Collaborate on integrated campaign planning where PPC and other channels intersect</li><li>Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, analysis and campaign workflows</li><li>Stay current on platform updates across Google, Microsoft and Meta</li><li>Help develop the agency culture and expertise</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Must Have</strong></p><ul><li>2 to 4 years of hands-on PPC experience, ideally in an agency setting</li><li>Strong command of Google Ads including Search, Shopping, Display and Performance Max</li><li>Excellent understanding of GTM, GA4, conversion tracking and data-led decision making</li><li>Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping quality</li><li>Clear communicator - confident presenting results and recommendations directly to clients</li><li>Detail-oriented and well-organised with strong project management habits</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have (But Not Essential)</strong></p><ul><li>Google Ads certified or working towards it</li><li>Experience running Meta Ads alongside Google</li><li>Familiarity with SEO fundamentals</li><li>Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio</li><li>Exposure to AI tools for copy generation, keyword research or performance analysis</li><li>Experience working in an agency or start-up environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>You are likely someone who:</li><li>Enjoys being close to the work and takes pride in account performance</li><li>Is commercially aware - you think in outcomes, not just activity</li><li>Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues</li><li>Is organised and able to prioritise without heavy supervision</li><li>Wants to keep developing and grow with the business as it scales</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Get</strong></p><ul><li>Real ownership of client accounts from day one - not a junior support role</li><li>Exposure to a varied portfolio of clients and sectors</li><li>A collaborative team where good ideas are heard regardless of seniority</li><li>Room to grow into a senior role as the agency scales</li><li>Support for continued learning, development and certifications</li><li>Bristol office with hybrid working and a competitive salary</li></ul><p></p>
