What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers in person with questions, service updates, and account support
  • Provide clear, helpful solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Support customers through purchases, upgrades, and service changes

  • Troubleshoot basic service or account issues with a problem-solving mindset
