About us

We are a Canadian agency that helps international au pairs come to Canada through the Working Holiday Visa to live a unique cultural experience while supporting host families with childcare. We are growing and looking for the right person to help us connect with more local families and grow our brand within the moms community.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven mom based in Canada, preferably in Calgary or Vancouver, who understands the moms community and knows how to connect with families in an authentic way. This role combines sales, marketing, social media management, and client outreach.

You will help us find host families for our international au pairs, manage social media content, create engaging videos, and speak directly with potential clients to turn leads into successful matches.

Key responsibilities

  • Find and connect with potential host families
  • Build relationships with local moms and family communities
  • Manage and grow our social media presence
  • Create and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Make calls and follow up with potential clients
  • Support the sales process from first contact to closing
  • Promote our au pair program in a genuine and inspiring way
  • Help increase visibility, trust, and conversions through content and outreach

What we are looking for

  • Must be based in Canada
  • Preferably located in Calgary or Vancouver
  • Must be a mom
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or social media management
  • Confident speaking with people and closing sales
  • Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
  • Strong understanding of how to connect with moms and families
  • Experience creating content and appearing on camera is a strong asset
  • Existing network or contacts with local families is a strong plus
  • Organized, proactive, and independent
  • Passionate about family support, childcare, and cultural exchange

Compensation

  • Base salary
  • 20% commission on sales
  • 30% commission on successful matches with the au pairs we already have available
