Your role in our mission

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
  • Facilitate virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs.
  • Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible. Provide post-training support and resources to learners.
  • Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a trainer or facilitator.
  • 1+ year of experience with instructional design.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable Instructional design methodologies and software with ability to use various training technologies effectively.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $73,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
