</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p><span>The Campaigns Administrator plays a key role in the delivery of 72Point’s content to media, and its collation for clients.</span></p><p><span>The role is responsible for the final layer of subbing content before issue, ensuring top-class editorial standards have been maintained to secure earned media coverage.</span></p><p><span>As well as monitoring, analysing, and reporting media coverage to ensure alignment with brand standards and KPIs. </span></p><p><span>It supports media relations by liaising with press teams and proactively tracking story placement. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Liaising with creative teams to ensure stories are ready for issue</span></li><li><span>Acting as the final layer of proofing ahead of story distribution, subbing for content errors, including grammar, spelling, key messaging, brand placement</span></li><li><span>Packaging up campaigns ready for media distribution and liaising with press teams</span></li><li><span>Check morning and afternoon coverage, ensuring correct branding, key messaging, use of assets, and that KPIs are met.</span></li><li><span>Liaise with SWNS and the media relations team to support coverage and story placement.</span></li><li><span>Follow up with publications, news teams, and media contacts to track story usage.</span></li><li><span>Keep account managers informed of story performance, including any rejected publications.</span></li><li><span>Log all sourced coverage accurately and maintain organised records.</span></li><li><span>Compile interim coverage reports when requested.</span></li><li><span>Prepare and deliver final coverage documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards and KPIs.</span></li><li><span>Monitor a wide range of media channels, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites, and blogs, to identify opportunities for clients.</span></li><li><span>Compile data and performance reports for management as required.</span></li><li><span>Support the Senior Team Administrator with logging and monitoring sold and pending projects.</span></li><li><span>Maintain, monitor, and update the ideas database to ensure accurate tracking.</span></li><li><span>Organise and prepare daily creative brainstorm sessions.</span></li><li><span>Maintain the project tracker to ensure smooth workflow and project oversight.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong></p><ul><li>You will either be a recent graduate with a degree in Journalism, PR or Creative Writing, or have 12months+ experience working on a regional or national newspaper</li><li>Excellent written skills, attention to detail, use of grammar and knowledge of the English language</li><li>A
