We operate 3 concepts with bar service ranging from the most elegant and creative craft cocktails Minneapolis has to offer to your neighborhood haunt. This range allows us to consider great bartenders with some experience, highly skilled and qualified bartenders specializing in artisanal craft cocktails and those in between.

Our bar stations are open 8AM-2AM daily so open availability and flexibility are important!

The Bars at 1333 Nicollet Mall The Nicollet Diner's scratch kitchen pumps out breakfast, burgers and milkshakes 24 hours a day and the bar pumps out the bloody marys, mimosas and craft cocktails to go with it!

Roxy's Cabaret is an immersive entertainment experience specializing in drag, stand up comedy, live music and more. The service bar here is among the busiest in town and right in the middle of all the action happening in the theater.

On the RoX is our modern and spacious craft cocktail lounge with 2 expansive patios on both the 2nd and 3rd floor overlooking the south end of Nicollet Mall. This bar highlights our elevated craft cocktail menu offering next level cocktails that slap but are also easy to execute and fun to make.

Our staff is our biggest asset and we work to provide the most comprehensive benefits in the industry.
