Nous recherchons un Analyste affaires Guidewire pour rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Montréal. Ce poste est en mode hybride et peut être basé à Montréal, Lévis ou Mississauga.

Responsabilités

Le poste est centré sur le système Guidewire Billing Center.
  • Stratégie et planification
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir les besoins
  • Améliorer l'efficacité des systèmes
  • Gérer les plans de livraison et les ressources
  • Fournir un soutien aux applications en production
  • Gestion opérationnelle
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et les modèles de systèmes
  • Définir et superviser les tests (y compris les tests d'acceptation utilisateur)
  • Former les utilisateurs et documenter les processus
  • Résoudre les problèmes techniques et assurer le suivi
  • Gérer les mises à jour et le fonctionnement quotidien des systèmes

Formation et certification

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en administration des affaires, informatique ou systèmes d'information de gestion.
  • Certification Guidewire Billing Center Certified requise.
  • Expérience professionnelle de plus de 10 ans dans un domaine connexe.

Expérience

  • 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance
  • 5 ans en tant que BSA
  • 5 ans d'expérience avec Guidewire BillingCenter
  • Connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation Windows, du matériel réseau et des protocoles
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, Visio, Project et des systèmes de gestion de polices
  • Expérience en méthodologie Agile
  • Connaissance des processus Agency Bill, frais de courtage et commissions

Compétences et qualités personnelles

  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes
  • Communication claire, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Sens du détail, efficacité et autonomie
